First month down! I honestly still don’t see any difference but the belt, jeans, measurements and my feeling all tell me things have changed, so I will go with that. Today was also the day we started Level 2 of the 30 Day Shred. It looked terrible but actually wasn’t the worst thing in the world. People tell me that Level 2 is the toughest one so I think we’ll be ok. Don’t get me wrong, Jillian is tearing me up, but I got through it with very few tiny rests.
This morning I felt full from dinner, still. I ate quite a bit even though I was still under my calories. So my breakfast filled me up just right. Love my microwave omelets! (Thanks Krista) Got a Bodybugg from my brother-in-law and niece that I am going to try. Hopefully it’ll tell me exactly how many calories I burn so I can know better what I can or cannot eat. Right now, I only count what the Treadmill tells me so my workout in the morning and my strength training and my walks during work are unaccounted for.
UPDATE
Got the bodybugg and found out the treadmill pretty much doubles what I really burn. So that is good to know!
Meals:
Breakfast – 2 egg omelet with onion and turke
Snacks – Carbmaster Caramel Spice Cake yogurt and some string cheese
Lunch – Asparagus and cheddar stuffed chicken and a beef kabob
Dinner – Shepherd’s pie with mashed cauliflower
Snack/Dessert – Fudgie Brownie with some peanut butter mixed in some almond milk and protein powder (Shake)
