Finished Level 1 of the 30 Day Shred!  That just means I now have to do harder stuff.  But that is okay, it hasn’t been too bad so far.  My mom came up so I took her to a very, very late mother’s day dinner.  Went to Golden Corral since it is easiest for everyone, and I still ate spectacularly if I don’t say so myself.  I think I am getting the hang of this!

Meals:

Breakfast – Omelet with onion and cheese
Snacks – Carbmaster Caramel Spice Cake yogurt and some zucchini chips
Lunch – Pork Rind Chicken strips and asparagus
Dinner – Steak, bourbon street chicken, hot wings, broccoli and cheese and salad with ranch
