Another lazy day other than the 30 Day Shred.  And shopping… lots of shopping.  I read somewhere that the act of shopping actually burns a lot of calories with the pushing the cart and bending and stretching and everything else.  But I have no idea how many calories I burned.  I pretty much never know, other than the overestimation on the treadmill.  Anyway, didn’t eat a whole lot but dinner was delicious.

Meals:

Breakfast – Peanut butter in a carb friendly tortilla
Snack – Carbmaster Cinnamon Roll yogurt
Lunch – 2 turkey hotdogs with some honey mustard
Dinner – Pork Rind encrusted chicken tenders with garlic asparagus
Snack/Dessert – Some fudgie brownie and peanut butter
