Wonderful day today!  Only had to wake up to Jillian Michaels and the rest of the day was a rest day.  Also lost more weight and am inching closer to that 30o mark.  I can’t wait to hit that again.  Went to the store and found out I can now buy pants/shorts that are 3 sizes smaller than what I have.  Probably won’t spend money on clothes just yet, but it’s exciting.  Had date night with my beautiful wife so ate a little sinfully but still was where I needed to be.  Gotta indulge every now and then, right?

Meals:

Breakfast – Strawberry/peanut butter/almond/almond milk protein shake
Snack – Carbmaster Caramel Spice Cake and string cheese
Lunch – Skipped
Dinner – Breaded chicken breast sandwich with salad and a few onion rings (I thought I ordered grilled, but I guess not.  Oh well)
Dessert/Snack: None
