I ain’t gonna lie, folks.  Getting up at 4:40am every morning hasn’t been easy, but knowing that today is the last day for a couple days that I have to do that kept me going.  It is also the last day of Stronglifts and C25K for a couple of days, giving me some time to repair.  I don’t currently have any rest days as we still do the 30 Day Shred on the weekend, but at least that is all we really do (other than maybe a walk or swimming) and we don’t have to get up before the butt crack of dawn.

In other news, I had to move my belt in another notch today!  That makes it 4 notches since I started this journey a mere 26 days ago.  I guess the scale, measurements and belt can’t be lying if they are saying things are changing.  I just wish I could see it myself.  I know my face didn’t get as fat as it did prior to 2009, but I look in the mirror and I see the same old me.  I can’t wait until I can actually see a change myself.

Meals:

Breakfast – 2 egg omelet with turkey and some mexican cheese
Snacks – Carbmaster Caramel Spice Cake Yogurt and a string cheese
Lunch – Whole Wheat Pizza
Dinner – Grilled Chicken Salad with some ranch
Snack/Dessert – Low Carb No Bake Cookie and some peanut butter
