Day 6 of the 30 Day Shred and I can feel it, but I’m loving it. Had a great day today, didn’t eat as much as I wanted because I was having fun at the pool and didn’t get home until after 8:30 and I try to not eat after 8:00 on weekdays. Not sure if it really makes a difference, but makes sense to me. In other news, when we were at the pool some crazy lady walked up to the edge with a waterproof stereo and started dancing… apparently it was Aqua Zumba. It was actually sort of fun!
Meals:
Breakfast – 2 egg omelet with turkey
Snacks – Carbmaster Caramel Spice Cake Yogurt and a cheese stick
Lunch – Spinach Lasagna
Dinner – Whole Wheat Pizza
