Saw this on a message board, so not my idea but a delicious way to get some grain in without the calories! Most tortillas have a lot more than this.
1 cup whole wheat flour (plus 1 tablespoon for dusting the cutting board)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
Preheat oven to 350. Combine dry ingredients, then slowly incorporate the yogurt. Knead until well combined. Wrap in plastic and leave in fridge for 1 hour. Divide dough in 6 pieces and roll into circles about 6 inches in diameter. Place dough in oven and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm!
