Another typical day. Day 4 of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred which is still (and probably always will be) tearing me up. I know it is worth it, though. I want to see results and I don’t think I am overdoing it right now with how much exercise I do. I DO still worry about my calorie intake, but until I stall for a few weeks or actually start gaining, I am going to keep doing what I am doing.
Breakfast – 2 eggs with some refried beans
Snack – Carbmaster Caramel Spice Cake yogurt and some string cheese
Lunch – Broccoli burger with broccoli and cheese
Dinner – Cream Cheese Stirfry
Snack/Dessert – Low Carb No Bake Cookie and some peanut butter
