First day of waking up early to do some 30 Day Shred. It was nice to do some exercise i9n the morning to get the day started, but really sucked waking up early. Oh well, gotta push it if you want it! Other than that, typical day except we had to go to the gym later than usual because of a doctor’s appointment that went a lot longer than necessary.
Meals:
Breakfast – 2 egg omelet with turkey
Snack – Caramel Spice Cake Carbmaster yogurt and string cheese
Lunch – Chicken stirfry
Dinner – Broccoli hamburgers with broccoli
Snack/Dessert – Low carb no bake cookie and some peanut butter
