Thought today was going to be a lazy, relaxing day? Wrong. First we got up and did Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and then did lots of shopping. Eating healthy sure does take a lot more effort in the shopping category. But I think we found that Winco is a great place to go for many of the things we want. Still have to hit up some of the other stores for some things, but I think we’ll be going there weekly. Had a nice family dinner and relaxed the rest of the night towards Monday.

Dinner – BBQ Chicken, deviled eggs, salad
Snack/Dessert: Low carb no bake cookie
