Disappointed but not upset that I gained 0.1 pounds.  It happens, I’ve been through this before.  My wife and I started a new workout in the mornings for the next 30 days.  It’s pretty tough!  Jillian Michaels is a crazy woman.  Didn’t have the best dinner because it was date night and we went to a murder mystery dinner, but that’s okay.  Had a wonderful time with my wife!

Meals:

Breakfast – 3 egg (only 2 yolk) omelet with some turkey pepperoni
Lunch – Chicken salad
Snack – Low carb no bake cookie
Dinner – Salad with Caesar dressing, rolls, chicken, mashed potatoes, vegetables and chocolate mousse cake.
