Well, I got hungry for the first time in a while… but it only lasted for like 4 minutes.  Then it went away.  It was pretty strange, but I guess it will happen sometimes.  I really don’t eat a whole lot so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised if I do get hungry.  But if I STAY hungry, I should probably listen to my body.  Other than that, just a normal day I suppose.  Had to eat lasagna which isn’t my top meal, but that’s okay.


Breakfast: 2 egg omelet with pepperoni
Snack: Carbmaster Strawberry & Banana yogurt and a cheese stick
Lunch: Lasagna
Dinner: Grilled chicken and zucchini
Snack/Dessert: Zucchini Chips and some peanut butter (not together)


Squats 5×5
120 lbs

Overhead Press 5×5
45 lbs

Deadlift 1×5
135 lbs

Did C25K program and went 2.65 miles in 40 minutes
Went to the gym with my daughter after for date night and did some cardio.
