Today was the first time I felt like I was forcing myself to eat even though I didn’t feel like it.  I had very few “net” calories today even though I ate at times I didn’t feel hungry.  Kinda worrisome but… I don’t know what to do.  Feel fine, loving life, loving wife, hating sunburn. 

Meals

Breakfast: two egg omelet with turkey and mozzarella

Snack: cheese stick

Lunch: three chicken dogs with some honey mustard

Snack: carrot cake carbmaster yogurt

Dinner: orange chicken with some Miracle Noodles rice (more on this later)

Exercise

Walked 2.83 miles in just under an hour with my wife.  Got some sun…

Played basketball with the kids.
