Another great and fantastic day. Ate less of my snack than usual, didn’t feel hungry at any point and was excited to workout though my legs (and arms) are sore.  Even though we worked out our lower bodies I did my C25K program.  I didn’t run as fast as I was yesterday but that may be understandable.  Not sure how things are going to go tomorrow, but I guess we’ll find out!  I feel great.  Nothing but blue skies ahead from what I can see!  Glad my wife is still doing this with me, would be tough without her support.  Not sure I could do this on my own this time.

Meals:

Breakfast – Leftover Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joe mix with 2 eggs
Snack – String Cheese
Lunch – Hawaiian Haystack with Cauliflower
Snack – Peanut Butter
Dinner – Lasagna (Not my ideal meal as I am going low carb, but it was on the menu from the kids 🙂
