So today was another great day.  I have been drinking a lot of green tea along with water but I am thinking about cutting back on the green tea.  I don’t think it is bad for me necessarily, I just think I should reduce the amount I drink and add more water.  Keep in mind, I probably drink 10-12 cups of water per day if not more plus 8 cups of green tea.  I’ll probably cut that back to 4 cups of green tea and add more water.  Hopefully this isn’t TOO much water.  I have always been super thirsty and always drank a lot of whatever it is that I drink (soda, water, tea, etc.)… so I think I should be okay.

I did have a tinge of hunger today between breakfast and lunch when I had a snack.  It only lasted a few minutes but it is the first one recently.  Maybe I need to change what I snack on… some nuts instead of cheese or something.

Meals:

Breakfast – 2 egg omelet with turkey and cheese
Snack – Cheese sticks
Lunch – Philly cheesesteak sloppy Joe without a bun (beef, onions, green peppers, A1 sauce) and salad with ranch dressing
Snack – Some peanut butter and tried some almond butter
Dinner – Hawaiian Haystacks (Mashed cauliflower, chicken, gravy, scallions, peas)

Exercise:

Did C25K* with HIIT** on the treadmill for 62 minutes going 4.38 miles
Went swimming with the kids at the pool

*Couch to 5K – program developed to take you from the couch to running a 5K in 9 weeks
**High Intensity Interval Training – program where you run for 1 minute as fast as you can then walk for 1 minute.  Repeat until done.  Great for fat burning
