So I touched on this yesterday and I am actually wondering if it’s true.  I have been keeping track of what I eat and calorie-wise it seems that (with the workout my wife and I do) I am not eating enough food.  I am concerned that this could cause me to stall or to slow my metabolism.  But I also hate to increase what I eat because I actually feel good and am currently losing weight… wonder what I should do?

  1. I think you should carry on as you are. You most likely won’t see a stall for at least a month. If that happens, up your calories to shake things up. But don’t worry about it if it’s not happening. AND if you are hungry, eat, but it sounds like you are doing great! Keep it up!

    1. Thanks for the tip! I talked to another person at work about it and they said the same thing. I’ll keep doing what I’m doing and make any changes I need! Thanks again.
