Today was a great day. Didn’t feel hungry once, had a great workout and got some good advice from some people. Started the C25K workout on top of the weight lifting. Great day!

Meals:

Breakfast – two egg omelet with Turkey and cheese
Snack – cheese sticks
Lunch – parmesan chicken, garlic green beans and salad
Dinner – Philly cheesesteak sloppy Joe (no bread) and salad
Snack – some peanut butter

Exercise:

Bench press
3×5 – 185/185/170

Lat pulldown
3×10 – 110/110/110

Chest press
3×10 – 85/75/75

Pec fly
3×10 – 105/105/105

Curls
3×10 – 25/25/25

Did C25K for 30 minutes, went 2 miles.
