Slow day today.  My wife and I took a pretty good walk up a trail and back.  It was lots of fun and a nice escape from the treadmill at the gym.  Didn’t eat much today and am actually a little worried I might not be eating enough.

Meals:

Breakfast – 2 egg omelet with cheddar cheese and turkey
Lunch – Turkey & Neufchatel Cheese lettuce wraps
Snack – 2 tbs homemade peanut butter
Dinner – Baked parmesan chicken with garlic green beans and salad
Snack – Pickle

Exercise:

Walked 2.5 miles up a trail and back down.
