Today was my first weekend day trying this, and I did do a little exercise but not as much as I wanted.  Maybe I’ll start getting out on the weekends and doing a bit more.  Also had the date night with my wife so ate at some place I probably shouldn’t have, but at least I tried to keep it lower on the carbs (which is my goal)!!

Meals:

Breakfast – 2 egg omelet with cheddar cheese and turkey
Lunch – Chicken salad
Snack – 2 tbs homemade peanut butter
Dinner – Hamburger patty, 2 eggs, a couple slices of ham and (gasp) 3 1/2 onion rings

Exercise:

Walked about a mile today and played miniature golf with the family!
