I feel so much better today than I have all week.  Haven’t been hungry once which is awesome.  Did my workout with my wife and am glad that it is the weekend!

Meals:

Breakfast – 2 egg western omelet (cheddar, onion, green pepper and ham)
Snack – String cheese
Lunch – Chicken Marinara
Snack – Peanut Butter
Dinner – Chicken Salad Sandwich where bread = lettuce

Leg Extensions

Leg Curls
3×10 – 145/145/145

Calf Raises
3×10 – 120/120/120

Leg Press
3×10 – 360/380/420

Walked 2.49 miles in 38 minutes
