Today has been the best day… so far.  I haven’t really been hungry at all.  I ate what I had and was happy with that.  Did my workout and – though tired and sore – I feel great!

Meals:

Breakfast – 2 splattered eggs
Snack – 2 cheese sticks
Lunch – Beef & Cheddar casserole with broccoli w/ one shmeared ball
Snack – 1 Tbs. of homemade peanut butter
Dinner – Chicken Marinara

Workout:

Jogged 4.31 miles over 60 minutes
