This is a recipe I came up with a few months back.  They are delicious and I can still eat them for the most part.  May have to find a different kind of cheese rather than nacho cheese to cover the broccoli and meat in, but it’s still good!

2 lbs. ground beef (the leaner the better)
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 lb. broccoli
1 can of nacho cheese

Preheat oven to 400
Take a handful of meat and stuff mozzarella cheese inside of it
Form into a ball between a tennis ball and ping pong ball
Place balls on a lightly greased flat pan
Place in oven and bake for 25 min

Cook broccoli on the stove until as tender as desired

Serve both together with the nacho cheese on the side for both the broccoli and meat.  You can use any kind of cheese you want, as nacho cheese is not the best when it comes to carbs.  This meal may be horrible if you’re a calorie counter or fat counter, but it is delicious!
