Today started out a bit more rough but ended up okay.  I ate my breakfast and then about an hour later I felt like I was starving to death.  30 minutes later I felt fine.  Had a good workout with my wife, good day so far, and good start to it all!

Meals:

Breakfast – 2 eggs (splattered eggs I call ’em)
Lunch – Beef & Cheddar casserole with broccoli
Snack – Large pickle
Dinner – Baked chicken salad with homemade ranch**

Workout:

Jogged 4.4 miles over 60 minutes

 

**Changed dinner!
